Our Shipping Policy
Once you have placed an order and our representatives have confirmed it, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email. Following the notification, we will ship your order within 1-2 days of confirmation and aim to deliver your order within in 7-10 days.
For customers in North America, we aim to deliver your products in 10-14 days.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in deliveries that may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances. More specifically, circumstances that are beyond our control, like postal delays due to strikes, public holidays, etc.
Our primary shipping method for customers in UK and Europe is Royal Mail first class signed delivery.
For customers in North America, we use UPS tracked shipping.
Delivery Policy During Public Holidays
Orders placed during public days tend to take longer to be shipped out and delivered. However, it is our responsibility to inform our customers about such delays and will send continuous updates regarding their orders.
Cancellation of Order
In order to cancel your order, you must send us a written email with reason for the cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please keep in mind that cancellations can only be confirmed if the order has not been dispatched yet. You can get in touch with our customer care services for more details on cancelling orders.
Once 24 hours have elapsed and your order has been dispatched you are not able to cancel your order.
